Unlike traditional credit cards, secured cards do not extend your line of credit. Instead, accounts are prepaid
for a specific amount, much like an ATM debit card. There is no line of credit and accounts are only good for the balance applied. Secured offers listed at
Credit Cards Express only include issuers with the Visa or MasterCard Trademark.
What credit rating do I need to obtain approval for these offers?
